hi all i found a camara club to go to on a monday night,i went on monday it was good but then was told the next meeting is the last one untill september lol.i got to wait now untill then

That's similar to my local one, but they often arrange location shoots where you can meet and shoot socially. Don't they do similar?

Summer breaks are common in camera club land. Many tend to follow the academic year, probably due to falling attendance in the summer months due to holidays, etc.

See if there is another locally in the meantime that doesn't close in the summer. Some meet weekly and have a long break in the summer, some meet fortnightly throughout the year. You can usually attend 3-4 times as a guess before joining. Worth a look-see?

Our club breaks for the summer too, but we have meetings away from the club for special interests - there is a landscape group, a portrait group, an action group and an urbex group that meet informally but fairly regularly through the break.

yeah they said they do meet up a few times in the summer
