Calling all photoshop miracle workers!

I have this pic from my graduation last week. it was taken using a little point & shoot, and as you can see it's came out very dark. I'm wondering if any of you photoshop miracle workers can do anything for it, I can't seem to improve it at all!

Had a quick go.. changed brightness/contrast.. colours... levels but there is so much noise i think its almost impossible to get anything out of it

In order to do much with this you would need as much of the file as possible ie full quality.

This is about the best I could do with levels in a minute but due to the lack of info in the picture it becomes grainy

And cowasaki, that pic is at 66% of the original size so I don't think it'd make much of a difference lol, the camera was on it's lowest setting I think!! Thanks for the offer though, I wish it was a bigger pic!
