Hi,

I have recently upgraded to an iMac 27inch, I was so excited to use it...photos looked good in Photoshop so I sent some images to print (from DS Colour Labs) and they were really awful (kind of white/hazy/slight green tint).

I realised this was a calibration issue so I bought a Spyder4Pro and calibrated the screen, I re-edited countless photos and sent some more to print, they have come back today and look exactly the same as the first batch I printed pre calibration. It literally has made zero difference.

I really don't know how to go forward now, have I bought an inadequate calibrator, should I look to buy another monitor...?

I'm not charging for my photos but I do have lot of friends and family waiting for photos, I have sold my old laptop and just don't know how to solve this issue. I have googled this to death and am no further forward.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi, I'm sorry for asking such basic questions but how would you attach the profile when sending an image to print? I have looked on photoshop and the images are sRGB.

Thanks
