Cad West Advice Needed

I am up in Snowdonia on holiday late June and weather permitting thought I would pay my first visit to Cad West,just wanted to know are there any days better for getting shots than others and what time should I be looking to get there.
Any advice much appreciated

It's usually worth arriving early, I aim for around 8am typically.

This way you avoid congestion in the car park and can climb the hill before it gets too hot.

Monday-Friday are when you'll see flying for the most part, very unlikely to catch anything at the weekends.

You'll find lots of useful tips on google and I can recommend fox2.co.uk as a good place to start reading.
