What do people think of these, price seems decent - gonna need some triggers for my hilite using speedlites (won't be using my 7D with it)

Cactus, PT 04... they are all very similar. I am using PT-04 that I bought from Flash In the Pan (check Trade section). They work great.

... and if you DO blow them up I did a thread a few days ago showing how to replace the output transistors on them

Loving the RF-602 kit, well worth the little extra compared to Cactus (which I've tried) and other 433MHz ones (have a few..). The only minus I can think of is the proprietary connector for the trigger release, why not just a mini-plug..
