The ordering system is very confusing and doesn't integrate well with the gallery section - diferent sections of the ordering system don't even integrate well with each other - the more you progress through the order system the more bolted-on things start to look as the website theme begins to disapear. Why does a customer have to remember the file name and then type it into a text box on a page where they can't see the image to confirm it's the one they want? As an online selling site I don't think you're supplying anything like the minimum information required by law (full name and postal address) and I can't seeany terms and conditions posted anywhere.
The copy is a bit "Meh..", and there's a laid back approach to punctuation and spelling going on. If your website software doesn't support a spellchecker, write it first in Word and then cut and paste. Your Facebook page has quite a bit of material that could be back-dated to populate out the blog a bit.
