Hi there Guys,
i have posted before about these BXRI's i am soooo unhappy i bought them i should have stuck to bowens, i just liked the skyport system.
So far after buying them and not using for 6 months i decided to use them on a shoot, 3 out of 4 heads broke down.It made a complete prat out of me lost the job and any future bookings. Spoke to The Flash centre and was told that if after inspection they were indeed faulty they would exchange after agreeing they were broken and repairing them they said they would not exchange them only repair them. Found out there was nothing i could do legally as i had kept them for 6 months without using them.
They returned them to me 2 of the 4 heads had broken inside little grey bits rattling they told me to return them and they would fix them. Recieved them back.Used them on a shoot on sunday and they started smokin a little puff would come out when they were on full. Once more made a complete prat out of me lucky i did not harm any little ones lost the gig obviously still they will not exchange and they want to repair them.
I feel that for the £2000 ish i spent on them i have had a really bad deal, they have said one of their engineers will come around next week to check them out.
Don't know what to do
