As title says im looking to buy some new kit ie camera and lens, would i be better off waiting for a trade show which i think theres one in march do they have better deals on kit ??? or shop around on the net ??

I went to a show in Lincoln last year and TBH the prices weren't all that great. I was checking out prices for a 5D2 and a Tamron 28-300 VC at the time and the prices were only about £30-50 difference from normal shop prices. I came home and checked the prices of the Hdew Cameras and bought from there. The web price was about £120 cheaper than the show prices for the body and I never bothered with the lens in the end.
