Are the lenses sold by Marketplace sellers on amazon grey imports ?

Am looking at getting either the Sigma 10-20 or the Tokina 11-16mm

More than likely (Purely Gadgets usually sell grey stuff, never heard of Shutterphoto), the only way to know for sure is ask the seller(s) directly.

As long as the VAT etc has been paid Sigma will honour the warranty, however in this country your guarantee is with the retailer in the first place anyway, so it is they you would contact initially in the event of a problem and it would be up to them to get any repair work carried out, whether under a manufacturer's warranty or not.
