Hello all

I am looking at buying a d300 second hand and was wondering if there was anything to look out for with this body?

thanks neil

Peeling/stretched grip rubbers (easily replaced, but not cheap) are about the biggest issue with the "pro" Nikon bodies, although I did have a low mileage (circa 3000 shots) one with a dead AF motor.

Is this somthing you did your self or got a shop to do?

about £550 for a low shutter count under 10.000 but do remeber there good for 150.000
mine has done 40.000 and not a prob, ive seen people using at 100.000 and still looking like new,

I have found one with 4500 clicks for a great price but i will be looking later
