Bulk film question

How many rolls can you get from 17m of bulk film, allowing for wastage and 36 shots per roll?

I've never used bulk film but I remember years ago an Ilford rep telling me you'd get 10 rolls of 36 exposures out of 17 metres, and 18 rolls out of 30 metres; this still leaves you spare for wastage/leaders. I'd say that's about right, as a roll of 36 is just over 1.5 metres (including leader).

Good question - my loader just appeared on the doorstep today so it was something I was after finding out also.
