I currently have an AMD FX8350 setup with a GTX1060 6gb.
I am looking to keep the GC and just update CPU, MOBO and Ram
Case, PSU, SSD are all good.

I am on a proper budget so saw this below

That looks like fantastic value for money. The 3600 is a good gaming CPU. The more recent 5000 series processors are a bit more expensive but offer up to 20% faster performance, but with a 1060 you are more likely to be GPU bound. The motherboard says it also supports the 5000 series processors, so if you wanted to upgrade in a few years time when GPU prices are lower, then it will support these.

Thanks the 1060 I have had for a few years and it seems realy good, I just need to move from the AMD3+ Platform as well with the DDR3 memory while it still has good resale value, so do you say go for it?

That's very good value. The real limiting factor for gaming will be the 1060 with that set up, but a decent upgrade will cost more than that bundle.

cheers I have ordered it for delivery tomorrow.
I don't play super high end games and still at HD not 4K so its pretty swift at the moment, i just wanted to move from the old AMD3+ platform while it still has good 2nd hand sale value on ebay.

Well all arrived today from CCL the CPU and cooler was mounted the Ram all installed, superb service.
Just ripped my old board and stuff out and popped new baord carefully in, also new board has an M.2 NVME slot
and I happen to have a 500gb kicking arround :)
