Yes
I have a Nikon D200 and want to try some still life work i.e. water drops etc.

So what is my cheapest option for triggereing the shutter manually?

thanks

Properly budget wise you can get IR triggers off ebay for £5/6.

But bear in mind, some ir ones only work with the 2 second timer, which could be annoying for any still lifes which require timing. Cheap cable ones with timers are only just over 10 quid
