BTCC Croft

Thinking about taking a trip up to the BTCC at Croft in a few weeks time, is it a tog friendly circuit?

Its worse than some and better than others. For the first half of the circuit there are fences to shoot through, a few gaps on the run up to Tower. Then you can pick up the cars on the exit of Sunny Out, down to the complex, then they go away from you to the hairpin. There is an enclosure in the middle which may be an option.

In my opinion, yes. Is it as pretty with elevation changes like Brands, Oulton or Cadwell? Absolutely not - it's an old WW2 airfield so it is flat and fairly featureless. However, there are plenty of angles to shoot.

I'm planning to be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday all being well.

Thanks. Not sure it's the track for me then although it does sound ok. Will have to see what's on elsewhere and then dexide if it's worth the trip.

I enjoy Croft, mainly as its the closest circuit to me lol

Do you have to pay to get in on Friday? Croft don't list a price on the website like they do for Saturday/Sunday/Weekend tickets.

Last couple of years it's been free to get in Daz.
