Hi, I'm about to shoot models for a beauty saloon to highlight their make up work. The owner of the saloon asked specifically for a bronze skin look on all her models. Though i know half of the job depends on the make up artist, is there a specific lighting setup I need to achieve the bronze look in the photos below?

Those images are heavily post processed and I would guess that's where the colour has been tweaked.

You can get gold umbrellas and reflectors for a warmer light, but if all the light is that colour it's no different to adjusting the white balance either in-camera or in post.

I would imagine you client wants a nice healthy skin tan, ie selective toning on just the skin, rather than orange all over, so a tricky photoshop job. Unfortunately, most people think you can do anything in photoshop with just a mouse click.

If you are retouching the skin on a separate layer (usually so you can add a little blur to smooth the skin. Notice I said a "little"), you can also warm up the separate layer to adjust the skin tone. Often done to make the model "pop" in grunge scenes such as garage sets etc, where the main scene is tweaked cooler.
