The shutter is not working. Cant depress the button. Anyone had this before? Any idea of cost to get it fixed?

Have you turned the switch to off?
 
yes :cool:

Removed batteries, swapped them over, removed grip, put it back on, switched on off numerous times, tightened the wheel, loosened the wheel
