Until we went on holiday about a month ago we were getting free broadband at around 2.5 Mb/s most of the time, which I could live with.
When we got back the BB would hardly connect at all and it seems to have settled at around 0.25 Mb/s, which is virtually useless.
Is it possible/likely that while we were away the provider throttled our speed to make us upgrade to something paid for?
