Hi everyone

I am going to be in Canada in early September for a couple of weeks. I have the first week planned around various places including some of the national parks around Banff, Calgary, Assiniboine etc

Then I have a week before my flight leaves from Vancouver. My current plan is the Berg Lake trial around Mt Robson for a day or two then three of four days making my over way to Vancouver for a couple of nights.

I am still pondering how to spend these days, I think around Whistler there are some good spots (Lake Garibaldi etc) and don't really have time for the coast or northern BC but wondered if anyone knew any spots to look at for landscapes. I will have a car and tent (although will be camping a lot in the first week so am happy to sleep in a bed)

I can put you in touch with my brother in law who lives in Calgary and is a keen outdoors man - he does heli-skiing, ski mountaineering etc around the Lake Louise area.
