Brand New Canon 7D problem - Please Help!

Yeah Panamoz exchanges are straight forward, post to London and a brand new camera gets dispatched very quickly, the only annoying thing is they're not back till the 2nd!

A replacement is on its way from Panamoz although the DHL tracking says it departed Hong Kong nearly 48 hours ago so surprised the tracking hasn't updated yet!

I would ignore the tracking info! My stuff from digirev arrived a day before expected ship date!
