Borders in Photoshop?

I was just wondering if it was possible to get picture frame like borders in photoshop, like the ones on photobucket. Im all new to this so sorry if its a stupid question, many thanks

If you just want a single colour border theres a quick cheat, click on the crop tool, click clear (on the top toolbar) drag out any old crop and let go, now drag out the crop handles again, but drag them outside the image area to the desired border amount, then hit return (or click inside the crop box). It'll default to the background colour (whatever you have set on the boxes on left toolbar) Wayne
