Has anyone used Booked Images for producing a Photobook?

I did a wedding at the beginning of October and need to produce a Photobook.

I have used Yophoto before and am happy with the print results, but the book cover is a bit on the cheap looking side.

I have looked at Photobox but don't know what sort of quality they are.

Trouble is that Booked Images are about 4 times the price of Yophoto or Photobox, are they that much better?

Thanks in advance.

Chris

My friend had her wedding produced in a book and it looked fantastic. I'm not sure where it was priduced though, I'll see if I can get more info. In the one she had the photographer had used small detail shots as backgrounds on the page, it worked really well and made it all the more individual.

Turning your photos into a stunner of book/album couldn’t be easier in Apple's iPhoto. Just choose a theme, drop in your edited photos, customize the text, add your blurb and copyright statements and click to send out for professional printing.

It's that easy.

You get to assemble a photo book with a zillion variables, themes, zoom-ins, alignments, effects, backgrounds, and what have you, which which you can completely individualise the book, its looks and its layout to your style, or the principals' (which I would advise). You can preview and change your book design at will. When you're done – but before sending it off to be printed – you save a PDF and send that to the couple to sign off on for printing.

Here's a tutorial to give you a quick idea of its simplicity, flexibility, and speed.

Outstanding.

Dunno what the prices from Booked Images are like so this might not be what you're after but Vision Art make stunning books. Based in the US but happy to ship anywhere.
