Book/website on post processing for portraits (eyes, skin, etc)

Hi, I read hackers great tutorial on how to make eyes pop. Is there any book (or website) specifically aimed at portraits that you can recommend which teaches post processing?

Scott Kelby has a new book out on portrait retouching but I haven't read it, he also has some retouching tutorials on Kelby training I believe.

Scott Kelby's book on portrait retouching is very good, lots of illustrations and tutorials to follow. I certainly would recommend this book, i am loving my copy.

Already spent money on one of those, also the books making me want CS5 as some of the function used aren't in Elements.
