It's non-specific to the actual flash you use & gives some very good examples of set-ups & effects.

Im awaiting the arrival of the 'The Lighting Cookbook ... Foolproof Recipes For Perfect Glamour, Portrait, Still Life and Corporate Photographs' by Jenni Bidner.
It's supposed to contain lighting tips from top pro's.
