It is worth it, if you want photos of the event.
It depends what you mean by "worth it".

Well worth it, if you enjoy attending/photographing events like this, and a waste of time and money if you don't.

Thanks O, I am not sure of going or not cos if it's worth to take pics of them. I've seen some bodypaintings on yourtube seem okay to me.
