Bluetooth Headphones

Technology is not something i am fully up to speed with these days,so here is what i need to know.
If i buy headphones with bluetooth as i want to listen to my music i have on my pc.
I have read on the web somewhere that i can buy a small bluetooth transmitter to plug into my pc to give me the end result i want,am i correct.
Any & all advice on this i would gladly accept,thanks.

Cheers for that,so my pc does not have bluetooth,with one of these adapters & bluetooth headphones that will work?.
