Looking for some advice please...
I purchased a used mobile from a retailer May 2017, over the past week Ive not been able to connect to the network, ordered a new sim, still doesn't work. Tried sim in another phone and it worked fine, I also tried their sim in mine and nothing.
I purchased a check mend report this morning and it has advised that the phone has recently been blocked and is under an insurance claim. That would explain the issue.
Contacted the retailer, they have basically said tough luck as its only supplied with a 6 month warranty.
Where do I go next? Police, credit card company?
