need to take photos of letter of the alphabet , but not signs. So was thinking of doing one of a light trail. But dont know what else to do, could have done smoke rings but no one i know smokes. can u suggest any thing other that alphabetty spegeti
 
Is this for the OU course ? how about an X on a windmill blades, use a hose to make an S, watch the skies for plane trails that can cross and form letters.
 
For smoke pics, it's much better to use jossticks. Apart from the great smell, they give a much more constant smoke stream.
 
Hi coalfire indeed it is, one thing i really struggle with is either thinking of ideas or finding the right location for things. i was well cuffed at thinking of light trails by myself.

I often struggle with location for shots so as not to get unwanted things in the pics. I registered late so only got my meterial yesterday but thought I recognised the theme from there, got to try the bottle thing this weekend myself.

Perhaps we can help each other along
