bit of advice needed

Hi,
I can be given press accreditation for a rally/race so that includes access 'behind scenes' etc.

Need to consider all costs as I would have to finance all flights myself etc and it is not paid - might sound crazy but I might not get another chance like that...

simple question : what lenses you use mostly ?

I would deffo need something wider than 50mm so will get 24 from a friend..might get something longer than 105 as well but that will need to be confirmed if I manage to get a transport between stages...

Crop or ff?

On crop for rallying my most used lenses are 70-200 and 10-20.
Where is the rally? how much recce time will you have? You will need transport if you're getting out on the stages, if you're getting press accreditation, there should be a different route for you that the speccy's don't get access to. So that you can easily get in and out of stages.

Watch the sun position, and make the most of it. Be aware that there's not much point in hanging around with people spectating, their requirements are very different to yours.

I use D800
It's a mixture of country and city.
At the moment am thinking how to travel between stages etc and where I will be sleeping.

It is not decided if I will travel there...
With all advice will take all costs in to consideration and see if it is actually worth it...
