BIT CHEEKY, but can anyone help me

I have an image,that is at an angle, goes up left to right, i want to add some text, but dont know how to change the angle,or move the text to the position i want it in , im using photoshop

Moving to the correct forum.

Type in your text as normal....select the text layer, then CTRL + T will bring up free transform, so you can rotate/move/scale/skew etc to your hearts content
