Birds are my favourite thing to take pics of and I keep forgetting about this ongoing challenge so I'll really make an effort to get one in for this months theme.

I hope so Tommy, and a few more give it a shot, which is why I have tried to select a broad range topic. Last time I set it I chose "Water" which generated a lot of entries, so hoping this does the same.

I got ten chickens will I get double points? :D

Nice theme mate..................fingers crossed we get more entries this time round:thumbs:

Been missing these... not sure where I'm gonna find more than 2 in the same place though....

John have a look at this thread HERE, it is one idea.

Cheers Martin... shame there's nothing like that near me... I'll get my thinking cap on though...

It was only one idea John, all that matters is there being at least 5 birds in the picture

That will be Crow .... I really thought that this was an easy one, obviously mistaken

There are some promising entries though, so all is not lost :D

Can someone clarify the rules for me.

Does the photo have to be taken between Saturday 3rd October and Midnight Sunday 1st November. As in you cant post up a photo taken in june etc?

Cheers

Yes, the photo should have been taken between the dates above (3/10/09 - 1/11/09).

I've uploaded ducks march, but there were a couple of others!

I had one of six magpies but the piccys not very good - if you really want to see it here's the link - but its not worth shoving in peoples faces :)

There were also a couple of my wife being used as a perch but she'd kill me if I showed it here, but here is a link of her feet and some taking off!

Phew... I went for a walk today... hit the park and the duck pond... at least you'll be able to tell what the birds are instead of being black smudges in a black tree ;)

I'm much happier with my results now... posted into the thread.

 they aren't black smudges and they have feathers... what more do you want
