Bird of pray id?

Spotted this from the front garden, lucky I had the camera to hand although not the greatest of quality picture (heavily cropped).
I think he/she was watching me too!!!
Could it be a falcon?

Tis a falcon Falco tinnuculus or Kez as the lads have said ....if you have more images and it has a grey head it's a boy ...also grey tail ,hard to tell from the pic. Even at distance it's watching you ...cool isn't it
