I attend most years, it's a decent day out if you're in the area,
Sunday 28th July - Aykley Heads Police HQ, County Durham (Opposite the University Hospital) - 10am-5pm (usually a small entry fee of a few pounds.)
Has bikes/cars on display both classical and modern, stunt show (Dave Coates), live music, helicopter rides, skid pan, crash test simulator, stalls, rides, police dog show.
Bit more information here, great annual event and I'll hopefully be there depending on work.

Even if you decide not to go for the photo opportunity it makes a great family day out.
