Just thought I'd let everyone know about the problem I had with an order from Zoombits (also Memorybits)
It never arrived, their site terms states you cannot complain until 15 working days have past. Thats over 3 weeks normal time, which surely puts the distant selling regulations in touch.
The good news is I payed bt PayPal, and lodged a dispute with them. No info from seller to me or PayPal so eventually PayPal refunded. Towards the end Zoombits did try to get me to close the dispute, I said only when the refund had been confirmed.
Just be aware if you order from this company, maybe I was just unlucky, like alot more on the www if you do a bit of searching.

I have only used them once for a couple of CF cards and a reader, delivery was OK took a week, but it was during the heavy snow.

The card reader didn't work so was returned at their expense as a free post label was provided, as the reader i wanted as a replacement was out of stock the refunded the money straight away. So all in all not a bad experience, so guess you we're unlucky.

That's not unreasonable as the Post Office doesn't consider an item lost until 15 days.
