Hi everyone!
Looking for some advice please.
My friend wants some full body shots using a green screen. I have my Lencarta home studio kit but that is it!
What do I buy to light the background would I be better with more studio lights or can I use speed lights .
Also I think I would like to add a larger soft box to my kit that would help light full body shots what size would you suggest and would I need two ?

Any advice is welcome :)

With green screen you need ensure the background is light evenly. You could use distance to separate the green screen from the subject from the green screen as shadows on the green screen are a pain to sort in PP.

Think I need to just buy two more lights then to light the background better.
Thank you ☺

To insure even lighting on full figure shots I use gridded stripboxes 1 x 4'~6' and
take care of the background separately.

Thank you Kodiak I will have a look at these strip boxes.
Mike the images will be cut out to use on a web page. That is why they want a green screen.Seemingly it is a request from the web master.

Then green is not the best option, shot on unlit white will be better, look up Joel Grimes

Just to add, my 'go to' for full length lighting is a 120cm Octa

But as above for background tips. Be careful when non photographers go beyond their knowledge when specifying requirements. Green screen is great for video, not so good for our requirements.
