Best tripod and 3 way head under £100

I'm looking to upgrade my standard Velborn tripod to something a little more sturdy with a decent head

It will need to support my Canon 60d with battery grip and Sigma 24-70mm EXDG lens

These are 2 that I've been looking at so far but I'm open to any suggestions

Benro a300f + hd1 universal 3 way head - £120.40

Slik Pro 400dx with 3 way quick release head - £69

Jessops have some deals on tripods just got myself a carbon fiber manfrotto with 3 way head for £99 not sure on model number as im at work sorry

Yeah I was looking at that the other day but not sure it would feel stable enough with my kit
