Best place to source a used Canon 17mm TS-E Tilt Shift lens?

I'm trying to source one of the above. There is one on eBay but the seller isn't responding to any questions, so I'm reluctant to buy from them. I wondered if anybody know of one from a dealer that sells used lenses?
