Best place for a Signing board

Where is the best place for signing boards, Im offering it out for a competition at my next wedding fayre, so don't really want to spend lots as its going straight into a pot of other items but don't want it to be cheap and cheap as chips looking either.

any help would be great.

That's a mount and frame with an aperture for a picture any size you want.
