Best photoshop plugins?

I am currently trying to improve all aspects of my photography including my use of photoshop. I have been using photoshop 7 but have got a copy of CS3 now. Been looking for advice on internet etc, and there appear to be lots of additional plugins. I am just wondering if any of you use any particular plug ins or know if any are worth using.
Any thoughts, comments or advice would be great cheers.

There are 100's if not 1000's out there but the only one I use are NIk plugins.
Silver Efex Pro and Silver Efex Pro which is great for Black & White.

Does that work alongside photoshop or as stand alone programmes?

I appears in the Filter Menu in PS when installed.

Sloper mentions a good one. Very poular app.
 
Thanks very much for all your replies, I will have a play about with some of these. Hopefully it will steer me in the right direction.
