Best filter for 50mm 1.8?

I want to do a long exposure of the sea, but its really bright, which filter should I buy, preferably the cheapest...

you'll want a 10 stop filter, lee big stoppers are good i have a b&w one which is great.... don't go too cheap as will affect IQ
