Hi folks, wondered if anybody has a recommendation on a dumb adaptor to allow me to connect my F mount lenses to Fuji X Mount? I understand that there's no AF. I need aperture control though.

I've seen K&F Concept, Beshcoi which looks like the exact same thing, and also Viltrox. Not looking to get a speed booster at this stage.

Cheers

Different lens mount, but I've just picked up a Beshcoi Leica M to X Mount. Seems well built and works fine.

I had a Canon EF to Fuji X Viltrox, cant say I was impressed with it tbh. A few lenses seemed to just about work OK but most others didn't, but it wasn't a dumb adapter.
I am now somewhat wary of non manufacturers stuff if there's electrical contacts (e.g. aperture control). I also have dumb FD Canon to Fuji X and all that does it mount the lens as they are not AF lenses and have manual aperture rings seems to work ok, non branded I think, so in effect just a spacer.

K&FC are pretty good, when I first transitioned from Nikon to Fuji I used one of their adapters. I had a Sigma 150mm macro lens left over and used it happily on an X-T1 for a bit. You get aperture control [providing you get one of the G specific adapters] - it's not the most precise, the adapter is 'guessing' the aperture changes, as it's designed to suit various G type lenses, but you get a feel for it.

I had two K&F Concept adapters - the 'standard' AI adapter and the 'G' adapter with the aperture control. They were well made, fitted snugly, and worked fine. I couldn't fault them for the money, or see any reason to spend more on the job. I haven't tried any others.

Ended up going for the Beshcoi. Seemed like it was the same as the K&F Concept, here's hoping it is

They look to be the same, probably the same manufacturer under different names for different regions? either way, good luck with it and enjoy
