Looking for a rucksack type bag to house my 1000d body, 24-105L, sigma 10-20 and 50mm lenses. The first 2 lenses are quite chunky things and the 50 is pretty small. Need a cheap bag which I can take on holiday for a few days. Easy access. Considering the lowepro 102aw but can anyone suggest any others which may be slightly cheaper or better?

Cheers

I've a lowepro MiniTrekker which would easily fit your gear in.

You can pick them up 2nd hand. Or their replacement new.

I've had a MicroTrekker previously, which would probably fit everything in...

I use this one -

For a small amount of equipment it is fine.

Mine holds the camera and kit lens, a 50mm lens, a 70-210mm lens, spare battery and charger, phone charger, rocket blower, lens cloth, a few filters, the camera manual, a pair of 10x50 binoculars and has a little bit of room left over.

It does have drawbacks - unless the camera is packed at the top you need to almost unzip it completely and to do that it needs to be laid down, but it doesn't cost a lot and doesn't particularly look like a camera bag.
