I'm looking into getting a 40D if the price is right. What's the best kind of deal that i can get at the moment? (I only need the body, and grip if that makes the deal better).

Any pointers in the right direction would be great!

£650 Body Only from Kerso when I got mine.
 
I paid £709 for mine from Amazon.co.uk on Friday was here 8.30am Sat morning.
Paid abit more than above people but wanted it straight away couldn't wait lol.

Now all i have to do is think how im going to tell the girlfreind i spent over £700 on a camera lol.
 
Mine arrived last week from Kerso for the favourable sum of £650 :-)
 
ive just ordered one from kerso this week.you can get them from ebay for less but warrenties / tax etc can be risky
 
Yep was gonna say DigitalRev aswel, you save over £100.

Yes mine was from Ian (Kerso) picked it up, got £50 CASHBACK as I bought it just before Xmas, so it cost me £600:clap::clap:

Hmmm, so Kerso is about £20 less than other places? That's not so much :(

DigitalRev is cheap but i'm not sure about that one. What happens with regards to the warranty?

£650 for 40D
£102 for grip

It comes with a warrenty from DigitalRev, so if it breaks you have to send it back to HK to be repaired, but you can buy a 3rd party international warrenty so you can get it serviced in the UK.

DigitalRev sell extended warrenties but i'm not sure if that means you can get your cam serviced in the UK.
