Virginia water (surrey/berks border off a30)...water (obviously) and lots of nice views....head to saville gardens (spelling?) as well. Very nice.
For Reading way could pop to Sonning for some nice old buildings.
Google some of the above and see if they suit?
Agree with Windsor etc get a few classic (well photo's shots but who cares) longwalk etc. Cant go wrong ;)

Lived in Berks for years, know the above areas like the back of my hand, but not really say Newbury way and that end but someone else be along.....nice part of the country

...and for woodland stuff look up 'the lookout' up the back of Bracknell. Get some nice early morning shots, its a huge area if you are into tree stuff, few lakes scattered around you'd need a map and can be had at the little visitors centre...worth a visit for sure.

Head out West to the Berkshire Downs – Lambourn gallops, Uffington White Horse (the latter technically in Oxfordshire), etc. Very atmospheric (very 'English' in a Paul Nash kind of way) part of the country.

I lived for years in Windsor and East Berks and have no desire to go back there to take photographs.
