Anyone else ever had a problem with these guys? I used them as a lot of people here said they were brilliant, both customer services and quality/price.
Don't get me wrong, I am very happy with the finished product, but their customer services are simply diabolical. Took a month to deliver after I warned them on a number of occasions I needed the banner for a wedding fayre this morning (29.09.13), it was delivered in the nick of time on Friday morning after them telling me it had been picked up by the courier twice :/
I've a feeling they had simply forgotten about my order, and rushed to get it done, and so told me it was on the way, when it bloody well wasn't
Just a heads up really for anyone thinking of using them, allow up to a month for delivery, 3-4 days as stated on eBay is a load of crap
