Benro monopods

Does anyone have experience of the Benro Monopods with the rubber foot? Are they stable and how does the foot survive regular and tough use?

I have the A38T which I had cheapish from Ffordes as they have changed the design from twist lock to snap lock by the look of things. The rubber foot appealed to me due to using at home on tiled floors and I find it very stable. Also it seems to swivel better than a normal tripod IMO. I haven't used it out in the field as such so cant give much help there.
