Benbo Tripods

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any dealings with ordering benbo spares? I've tried calling but all I get is 'someone will call you back' and they don't. Plus no replies to emails. I have a classic 1 and a trekker that need a few parts to get them back on there feet.

No, but check the charity shops. A month or so back our local Age UK shop had a Benbo Classic for sale for £20. I might have bought it but I already have a Benbo, though I seldom use it these days.

I've never bought Benbo spares from them but they sell the tripods and have certainly helped me with other bits and pieces I've wanted. Might be worth a phone call.

Tried calling again today and they told me sent the part out free of charge but forgot to call me back. Thanks for your help

I ordered some replacement feet for my Benbo Mk 1 last year from their website. Loads of unanswered phone calls, emails and eventual promises, but never received items, or the promised refund.

It's a great product, from a cr@p company!
