I joined a few years ago, posted an image in a POTY thread and then life got hold of me. Since then I went through a Documentary Photography degree, graduated and have been full time freelance since then. Now in my 3rd year and it's still very tough.

Spent 18 months working on the pic desk at the FT (Freelance) and have recently begun to focus on the wedding side of things a bit more.

So yeah, hello!

It's certainly tough as a career, I should say congratulations on you degree btw. I know several pro togs and the basically say nowadays they will undertake any type of work to make a living. See it's all us bloody amateurs with good cameras that have made it so tough for you that's the problem;)( so they keep reminding me ).

But then a pookyhead says it's the person that takes the photograph not the camera (so true).

Will be nice to see you around and your work.
