Morning all!
Looking for some advice to photograph and light the following.
My daughter owns a beauty salon and would like me to try taking some head shots of Hairstyles, Makeup shots, and hand and foot shot with nails etc
I have a few soft boxes of different sizes and have just added a beauty dish .
Question is which modifier would be best for these type of head shots the soft boxes or the beauty dish?
The models are young girls but I have never used a beauty dish before so thinking maybe stick with the soft boxes or are the beauty dishes easy to learn.
Also any of you used a large soft box as a white background thinking it might work for the head shots instead of a roll of white paper.
Never done anything like this before so please feel free to send me any basic info you think would help.
