Battery's

I am looking in to getting some more battery's for my 40d and on eBay i have found 2 for £9.99 are these cheap ones any good as the genuin canon one is around the £70+ which is a mad price to pay so was wondering if anyone has bought the cheap one and how you got on with them

I bought one from them for my D5000 and can't tell the difference between the £4.99 and genuine one. They both charge in the same time and last as long. Only difference I can tell is one is black and the other is grey

No problems with them in my 30D or 50D, for the price it does not make sense to buy the genuine ones.
