Battery NP-E3 for 1Dmk2N

Hi all

I have a Canon 1D mk2N

I have the original Canon battery and a copy.
The copy is now not holding any charge and the Canon is not lasting much longer.

There seems to be a fair array of copy batteries on the market with prices from suspiciously cheap to downright expensive.

Can anyone recommend a fairly priced make of replacement battery NP-E3 please and reputable place to purchase in UK?

Depends on how much you want to pay. Hahnel HN E 3 £64. Genuine Canon one £119.

I bought a Duracell replacement for my 1D MkIV and it was rubbish. Didn't fit properly. Wouldn't slide into the charger easily.

I had a Hahnel for my MkIIN and thought it was a decent bit of kit.

Thanks Gaz J. Yes I have seen the Hahnel and heard they are ok.

I don't want to get a canon and would rather put the difference in money towards a 5D mk3 !

Looks like Wex are best for the Hahnel unless you have any links?
